Convocation Schedule
The convocation of Qurtuba University of Science & IT will be
held on 15th May, 2024 in Peshawar. Insha Allah.
All undergraduate & postgraduate students (Bachelors, Masters- MS/M.Phil & Ph.D) who have graduated from the University during session Fall 2017 to Spring 2023, and desire to participate the convocation are required to register themselves (on the basis of first come first served) upto 20th April (Saturday), 2024 at University reception of both campuses.
The registration fee is Rs: 5500 (Degree fee is not included).

1. Gold Medalist & Position Holders are required to confirm their positions
from examination section.
2. Only registered graduates will be allowed to participate in rehearsal and convocation.
