Conduct of Programme Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) by PTs in alignment with the prescribed PREE Standards. Preparation of Programme Review Reports by PTs based on evidence, feedback, and performance evaluation. Submission of Programme Review Reports to QEC through the respective Deans for review and verification of quality and completeness. Nomination of Programme Assessment Teams (ATs) by the Vice Chancellor/Rector in consultation with QEC, ensuring inclusion of at least one external expert. Facilitation of on-site evaluations and stakeholder meetings by ATs to validate programme performance and quality outcomes. Presentation of findings and recommendations by ATs during exit meetings with departments and QEC representatives. Development of Implementation Plans by PTs and departments to address AT recommendations and strengthen identified areas. Monitoring and follow-up of implementation progress by QEC under the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) framework. Periodic review of progress through QEC and IQC meetings to ensure sustained enhancement and compliance. Dissemination of PREE results and reports to relevant stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. |
